A Motor Control Centre (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections that share a common power bus and principally contain motor-control units. Together with the Power Control Centre (PCC) that distributes incoming power, these assemblies form the organised, protected heart of an industrial or commercial electrical installation. Aeropack Infra designs, builds and installs MCCs and PCCs that keep motors and major loads running reliably while protecting equipment and operators.
In any facility with significant motor loads — pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, air-handling units — the MCC is where those motors are started, stopped, protected and monitored. Bringing the control units together into a single, well-built assembly makes the installation safer, easier to operate and far easier to maintain than scattered individual starters. The PCC, in turn, receives the main supply and distributes it to the MCCs and other major loads through properly rated and protected circuits.
What we provide
- Motor Control Centres (MCC)
- Power Control Centres (PCC)
- Direct-on-line and star-delta starters
- Soft starters and variable-frequency drives
- Protection, metering and monitoring
- Busbar systems and proper rating
- Compartmentalised, maintainable construction
- Testing, documentation and commissioning
A well-designed MCC protects three things at once: the motor from electrical faults, the process from unexpected stoppages, and the operator from danger. Every assembly we build is engineered with all three in mind.
Built for protection and control
Each motor circuit in an MCC includes the switching, protection and control it needs — overload and short-circuit protection, the appropriate starting method, and metering or monitoring where required. We select starters and drives to match the load and duty, from simple direct-on-line starters to soft starters and variable-frequency drives that reduce mechanical stress and save energy. Protection is coordinated so that a fault trips only the affected circuit, leaving the rest of the installation running.
Constructed for safety and maintenance
The physical construction of an MCC or PCC matters as much as its electrical design. We build compartmentalised assemblies with correctly rated busbars, safe access for maintenance, clear labelling and proper segregation, so that technicians can work on one section safely while others remain energised. Quality construction extends the life of the assembly and keeps it safe throughout that life.
Tested and commissioned
Before any assembly enters service it is thoroughly tested, and we document the configuration and protection settings so that your team knows exactly how it is set up. Commissioning verifies that every motor circuit behaves correctly under real conditions, and we remain available for support and maintenance afterwards.
If your facility relies on motor-driven processes, a properly engineered MCC and PCC will improve reliability, safety and energy efficiency. Talk to our engineers about your loads and duty requirements, and we will design assemblies that fit your installation precisely.
Control at the heart of the plant
Motor control centres (MCCs) and power control centres (PCCs) are where a facility's electrical control comes together — housing the starters, protection, switching and instrumentation that drive and safeguard motors and major loads. A well-built MCC or PCC keeps machinery running reliably, protects it from electrical faults, and gives operators clear, safe control over the plant. We design and build these centres to suit your loads, your operating environment and your safety requirements.
Protection and reliability
Motors and the equipment they drive represent a major investment, and unplanned downtime is expensive, so protection and reliability are central to our designs. We provide the right starting methods, overload and fault protection, and metering so that equipment is safeguarded, faults are contained, and operators have the information they need. Correct selection and coordination of protection means a fault trips the right device without taking the whole plant down.
Built and tested to standard
We build control centres with quality components, sensible layout and clear labelling, then test thoroughly before commissioning. The result is robust, maintainable control gear that keeps production running and is safe to operate and service. We remain available afterwards for maintenance, modification and rapid fault attendance.
