Defence establishments, ordnance depots, vehicle workshops and testing ranges place demands on infrastructure that ordinary commercial buildings never face. Noise must be contained for both security and safety, exhaust fumes must be extracted from enclosed bays, backup power must be guaranteed, fire must be detected and controlled automatically across large and hazardous spaces, and every gate and door must be under continuous, auditable control. Aeropack Infra brings all of these disciplines together into one coordinated, defence-grade infrastructure package, managed from a single control room.
Because we design and deliver each of these systems ourselves — acoustics, power monitoring, ventilation, fire and access control — we can integrate them so that they behave as one. A fire alarm can shut down fume extraction and release egress gates; an intrusion on the perimeter can slew cameras and lock down the workshop; a generator fault can raise an alert in the control room before the grid even fails. That coordination is what turns a collection of systems into genuine operational resilience.
Soundproofing in garages & testing areas
Vehicle maintenance bays and equipment testing areas generate extreme, sustained noise that must be contained — to protect personnel hearing and to prevent acoustic leakage that could compromise operational security. We line garages with high-impact absorptive panels and vibration-isolation mounts, and build testing areas with zero-resonance, anechoic wall treatment for interference-free measurement. Secure briefing rooms receive SCIF-ready shielding with speech-intelligibility control.

- STC 65+ transmission loss and NRC 1.05 absorption
- Vibration-isolation mounts for engine and machinery noise
- Anechoic, zero-resonance treatment for testing chambers
- Class A non-combustible, MIL-S-901 shock-rated materials

Genset monitoring
Every security, fire and communication system on the site depends on uninterrupted power. IoT-enabled genset monitoring tracks fuel, RPM and thermal signatures of each diesel generator in real time, initiates automatic start on grid failure, flags theft or abnormal fuel depletion, and uses predictive analytics to forecast faults before they cause an outage — feeding a live power-status view straight to the control room.

- Real-time remote monitoring over encrypted IoT gateways
- Automatic start/stop on grid failure
- Theft and fuel-depletion alerts
- Predictive maintenance — up to 45% less downtime
Fume extraction from garages & testing areas
Enclosed vehicle bays and engine-testing areas accumulate dangerous exhaust gases that must be extracted continuously to protect personnel and equipment. We design mechanical fume-extraction and ventilation systems — with acoustic louvres that let air move freely while keeping noise contained — so that bays stay both breathable and quiet. Extraction is interlocked with the fire system, shutting down automatically to starve a fire of oxygen when suppression is triggered.

- Continuous exhaust and fume extraction for enclosed bays
- Acoustic louvres — free airflow with contained noise
- Interlocked with fire detection and suppression
- Personnel-safety and air-quality compliance
Automatic fire control in warehouses, garages & main areas
Fire risk in a defence facility spans fuel stores, vehicle workshops, ordnance warehouses and occupied administrative buildings — each needing a different response. We deploy automatic fire protection that detects heat, smoke and flame early, discharges the correct agent for each zone (water mist, clean agent, foam or dry chemical), and coordinates evacuation and egress release through a central fire alarm control panel. Detection, suppression and evacuation act together, in the same instant, across the whole site.
- Early multi-sensor detection across all zones
- Agent matched to the hazard — mist, clean agent, foam, powder
- Central fire alarm control panel with self-diagnostics
- Automatic egress release and HVAC/extraction shutdown

Automatic access control & control room
Every vehicle and every person entering a defence site is identified, authorised and logged automatically. Long-range RFID and UHF readers, number-plate recognition and biometrics control boom barriers, rising bollards, road blockers and tyre killers at each checkpoint, while electrified and laser fencing watch the perimeter line. All of it reports to a single control room, where operators see live camera feeds, alarm status, power health and access logs on one coordinated console — and can lock down or release any zone instantly.

- RFID, UHF, LPR and biometric authentication at every gate
- Boom barriers, bollards, road blockers and tyre killers
- Electrified and laser perimeter intrusion detection
- Single control-room console for cameras, alarms and access logs
The strength of a defence installation is not any single system — it is the way soundproofing, power, ventilation, fire and access control are engineered to act as one, supervised continuously from a single control room. That is the infrastructure Aeropack Infra delivers.
