Overview
RFID access control is the intelligence behind the barrier. Long-range readers identify authorised vehicles and people as they approach, trigger the barrier automatically for valid credentials, and log every movement — so entry is fast for the authorised and impossible for everyone else.
How it works
A driver carrying a passive UHF tag is read as the vehicle nears the entrance; on a valid read the barrier lifts, otherwise access is denied. Number-plate recognition (LPR) reads the plate's characters and colour by camera; dual authentication combines UHF and LPR so that both must verify before the barrier opens, adding a second layer of certainty.
Key features
- Long-range UHF readers — multiple passive tags read at up to 12 m
- 2-MP wide-dynamic LPR cameras, IP65 rated for outdoor use
- Fingerprint, face, palm, finger-vein, iris and card recognition
- Black-list and white-list management for privileged vehicles
- Anti-metal and anti-tear tag options for reliable reading
- Full audit logs, reports and control-room integration
Why it matters
Physical barriers stop vehicles; RFID and recognition decide which ones. By automating identification at the gate, you remove the delay and human error of manual checks while gaining a complete, tamper-resistant record of every entry and exit.
